PSCo loan stunning screens for British International Film Awards 2008 27/04/2009 10:55:00 | Panasonic | 103" Plasma
The British Independent Film Awards was a star studded occasion with the elite in British film turning out for the ceremony in Old Billingsgate, with a selection of stunning screens from PSCo.
The event, which utilised the whole of Old Billingsgate to create a showstopping awards set, and pre and post event drinks reception featured a total of 15 screens, with footage edited by the Creative Partnership.
The only 108” LCD currently available in the UK for event rental stood as the centrepiece to the drinks reception area, relaying footage from the awards presentations to guests. A 103” Panasonic Plasma was positioned in the main awards room, as an additional relay screen serving guests sitting on tables at the back of the room.
Celebrity images were relayed in super high resolution and displayed on 2 x 42” HD Panasonic Plasmas and 8 x 65” HD Panasonic Plasmas around the room, showing the sheer quality of the photography in over 2 million pixels per screen.
